Woodcut print 'The Cherry pickers'.

An image inspired by old photographs of 20th century Victorian farmers. Hardworking people of the land, that worked the cherry trees in the season of harvest. To reach all the delicious berries, they used enormous wooden ladders to climb the trees. Young and old, female and male, helped by the picking, surrounded by a world of branches, leafs and cherries.

This print is printed by hand on a 230gr Hahnemuhle paper, that has a warm undertone. There is a border of 3 cm around the image.

50cm x 75cm (+3cm white border)
