In The mouth of The Beast

"In The Mouth of The Beast" - Original Woodcut Print

A journey through the psyche—a woman walks boldly into the open mouth of a friendly yet mysterious fish-snake creature with human hands that sprawls across the page. Inside its body, she travels through a labyrinth of divided chambers, each room representing a different state of unconsciousness, a phase of difficulty, a challenge to be faced. This is the hero's journey turned inward, a visual meditation on the courage it takes to descend into our own depths and emerge transformed on the other side.
